Question Am I in a Time Machine? Are You?

Hello friends,

Day 12 for me!

Time is literally flying by for me daily. One minute it is 9am, the next, it is 7pm. Maybe because I'm not in terrible pain, not hungover, and am happy, so time just flies?

Not complaining, as like many of us, I hope the first 30 days go by fast and quickly. Just wondering why this phenomenon?

Wishing everyone a great day!

I'm on day 22, I wish the days flew by for me, some do, some don't. I find the days I keep myself busy do (clean house, stay engaged in projects, be social, be connected, etc), the days I stew on what I've lost drag by like water torture.
I know better than to stew on my regret, but at times I'm not able to do better. Fortunately, my skills to cope with that stuff, and my ability to accept what I may have lost is getting better. I feel solid in my resolve to not give up the 22 days I have worked so hard for.

Yeah, actually, time is still flying for me and I am almost to 90 days.... Honestly, I think in my case it is my age, and my last year drunk I just wasn't aware enough to notice. I'm glad you are happy. I'm not. I'm close to content though.

I found the first 30 says very slow, but I guess it's different for everyone

Nowadays, the older I get, the more time flies LOL

Xmas is here again already?

For me time slowed down but in a good way. When I was drunk all the time, I didn't register (or remember) the passage of time so weekends and evenings passed by unnoticed. Now I actually get to enjoy my time away from the office!

for me time is actually a lot slower, but in a good way. I can cherish all the moments while drinking it past me by. However, I am glad it is going well for you and continued success in your new life. Doing is the greatest joy in my life.
