Sorry for your loss Bazzza. Keep in mind that drinking now will make everything worse. The shame, the guilt, your health - every single part of your life will be worse than it is now if you drink. You are much better prepared to deal with stress and life sober. What better way to honor your friend as well by staying sober and being strong.

When it ends is only up to you. If you choose it can end right now. Don't give your power away, you are driving this train.

Sorry for your loss but nothing you listed will get any better by you getting drunk. Time takes time and if you string enough days together you'll find the pain is gone.

I'm sorry about your friend bazzza. I agree with what Scott said...drinking only makes everything worse. And what better way of honouring your friend than turning your life around and staying sober.

Best wishes to you.

Good job on one week Bazzza. You can do this - and never return to that miserable place.

I'm sorry for your loss. Live life in honor of those you have loved who have passed. And for yourself.
