1 week today

A long way to go. This has been the most painful week of my life. I have hurt too many people I care about. One day at a time.

One week is a great start. Just stay sober and things will get better.

Congratulations!! It took me quite a while to clean up wreckage, and some stuff I just can't clean it up. Recovery is totally worth it.

Hugs and prayers,

Amy

I have a group of guys who know what I'm going through, plus the most understanding wife in the world.

Have not yet signed up for AA or SAA. It's on the plan.

Hang in to your gifts, like your wife ;-)

It will help you pull trough. We often need to count our blessings, and leave the bad behind. Look forward, you will make it!

You don't ever have to go through withdrawal again, and can now work on healing your life. Congratulations!
