Can you still have PAWS symptoms at 7 months sober? I have a horrible headache that has lasted for a couple of days. I have tried over the counter pills like advil, and Tylenol. Does anyone have any home remedies that work for headaches??

May have more to do with the fungus/mold on falling leaves then sobriety. I get this every November try Allegra. Hope this doesn't qualify as medical advice!

If it's been going on for a few days I'd see your doctor. I had a headache once that was so bad I went to the ER. See your doctor.

I get migraines and take Excedrin Migraine and it's the only thing that seems to help me but if this is a new development you should seek a medical professional just in case.

Please see a doctor!!! I had a bad headache that came on suddenly & then had a stroke.

I think a good thing to consider is always 'what have I done' and 'what should I do'... I can't explain it well but I mean PAWS can have a lot of symptoms so other things can be ignored cus you feel guilty about the past abuse of your body.

a headache can cause some people to panic and call a doctor.. for others they may think, oh it will pass. In between is a million different reasons for that headache, if you have not changed much recently in your diet and water intake etc and this headache has come on after so much sober time I think it is justified to ask a doc.
And even if you aren't sure... ask a doc.
