Day 1

This morning, I decided to take a step towards getting my life back on a healthy upward track. When I decided to go sober, I googled for a support group that was not AA and found this website. I think AA works, but I can't make the meetings. I am happy to see so many people supporting and asking for support here. Thank you all for being here. I am afraid to go it on my own!

Welcome, I am sure you will find the support you need here. Reading the A.A. Big Book would be helpful as well. You can do it!
