Think forward - how would you feel in the morning? Do you REALLY want to have to go through those 11 days all over again, from day 1?
You've proved you're strong by getting to 11 days - draw on some of that strength and like you're doing, the strength of the forum

You can do this and it's a fantastic feeling when you've beaten cravings

YOU can do it.
Just ignore that little voice of doom and keep on going.
It shuts down more and more the longer you stay sober.

Tell yourself its ok to feel those cravings, but that you must move on from them. Distract yourself as best as you can!

I found the little voice gets less strong the more you confront it. Acknowledge that part of you is trying to convince the real(the rational thinking) you of a falsehood. Tell it you are resolved to not drink and that means even if work is stressful, work will be what it is whether you are drunk or not, and how could it be better at all, if you are drunk ?

I'm glad this thread was posted!! I've been having some strong cravings yesterday and today... all the advice and support helps!
For me, I keep thinking about the ultimate end result if I drank... I'd get pretty drunk, probably blackout/pass out and have to start all over. Sounds terrible!
