Unfortunately i have relapsed. Very disappointed and extremely depressed. I know what i need to do but i cant get my head into the correct line of thinking. Its all just too hard at the moment So sorry to those that i have disappointed!
I'm sorry you're struggling again but I'm not disappointed - been there - we do so well, we slack off on the recovery and before we know it...blam.
Yep, you know what to do, Pedro. Stop drinking.
You've done it before.
All the benefits you remember from last time come from that one decision
You have to do it again, mate.
No shortcuts I'm afraid.

What is it you know you have to do? Sorry I haven't followed your previous posts.
I do know that an incredibly positive sign is that you are posting here, that you want sobriety, and you came to share here that you are struggling.
You aren't alone. We've all been where you are at now. They key is to reach out for help. This isn't something we can do on our own. Posting on SR is a critical first step.

Pedro my very first SR friend! You have been missed! There's something that you said to me a very long time ago that still sticks with me today and keeps me sober! You told me to really look at the other side of the fence..... It's not always greener!
It's not about disappointment or regret, neither will get or keep you sober. Get back up and do it with a little more help this time. Change it up and recover don't just not drink!
Always here for my sober buddy, be well Pedro

You're posting back on here, Pedro, and that takes great strength of character. You've not disappointed anyone - we've all been there and we know what a long, hard road this is You're still fighting - that's the main thing
Pedro you haven't disappointed anyone here. Don't beat yourself up, the addiction loves that. Darkness, depression, secrets all feed the addiction and make us want to drink. If we wait until we feel better, stronger, smarter or better prepared to quit drinking again, it ain't gonna happen.
You can do this Pedro, start your life again and make day 1 happen now.
