I'd like to introduce myself...

My name on here is Elysium. It means place of heavenly dwelling. That's where I want to be. Dwelling in a heavenly place. But first I have to conquer, through the Grace of God, this addiction. For me it's Alcohol. I am a binge drinker. I can go for weeks or months, and then I give in and drink until I pass out. Of course I regret it the next day because I have usually been mean spirited and thoughtless.

Things that make me happy: Husband, children. Fishing, takin pictures and cookin.

Hubby and I watched it as well. I was thinking they should have explained the meaning because it's not a word you hear everyday.

Hi Elysium.
I was quite disappointed by the movie, it showed great promise at the beginning and just turned into another predictable action movie.

Glad you posted Elysium! I am a binger too. Social anxiety and NFL are my big triggers. Once I give in to that first drink, my self-control is gone! I've been a dry drunk for awhile and coming back to fellowship. Hugs!
