Then let it out! There's nothing as wonderful as a good scream. Congrats on 20 days. As I've said before ... you're going to have to grow a new hand or foot to keep counting.

Good on you for the 20 days,
it will pass the feeling of wanting to scream. I was so angry yesterday and took it out on the day clods in my garden. it has passed,I read some words of wisdom which helped put the situation into perspective for me.
Getting sober is a lot more involved that just kicking a bad habit but the good thing is there are the rewards along the way both physically and mentally that keep us going.
