Day 3
Working on day 3. Not a pleasant day being back at work...I'm bloody tired and having a hard time focusing on the work that needs to be done. Thinking about just heading home and picking up tomorrow before I start thinking about how I "deserve"that beer.

I know what you mean about the reward of beer ,see my signature! But for me it was pure habit. Once you break the habit and continue to break it you will find new habits replace it ,hopefully better ones. Give yourself new rewards like chocolate, ice cream ,cake ,a walk,go to gym,etc. you need to get another reward instead of beer. Hope this makes sense. Good luck
I'm with ya... Day 2 here... Barely slept, but sure did my fair share of sweating last night haha... I also have had nightmares and just scary thoughts even when I was awake. I know it gets better but these first couple days/nights are horrible!
