I have it and it is great. Was written/compiled by a woman called Anne Wilson Schaef. As I understand she had a bit to do with SLAA - sex and love addicts anonymous. I attended slaa for about 2 years. Is rather similar to al anon in some ways.
Here's the quote anyhow.
"Codependents see recovery as a punishment for not having done it right."
This made me laugh as it has been true in my case and sometimes when I loose sight of the idea of a loving HP, this crazy idea can easily creep back in.
