still here still sober still keeping it in the day no alcohol today no confrontation with neighbours today

but i feel weird, not quiet happy, slightly on edge

dont know if its my depression or because i cant sleep properly or because i got tummy ache or maybe its all three

Congratulations on 14 days. You are doing great. I felt antsy a lot the first few weeks. It does get better. Chamomile tea helped me a lot. You can get it at almost any store in the U.S. Have a great day and keep up the good work.

i wasnt fully 100 % living in the day i was sitting on my resentments

a resentment is reliving the past

i cant change whats happened and i cant predict what will happen tomorrow

just for today

Hi teardrop;
You are doing so well! I agree that resentments don't take you anywhere you want to go. I felt strange too when I got my first two weeks. Kind of wobbly like a newborn foal standing up. It feels wonderful after awhile to be back in the land of the sober--the future is yours--have you started writing down your dreams / ideas? When you are ready, it is a nice things to do. Good luck!
