After a long hard think..
Its been a brutal weekend and I've drank everyday last week and I hate to think how many pints I have consumed this weekend.
After a bit of reflection and self realisation ive got rid of all the alcohol in the house and I am going to start from this moment and tomorrow will be my official Day 1 again. No good can come of me drinking anymore and it needs to stop. Wish me luck as its gonna be a tough ride but I need this or I will surely end up dead. Im back guys and will be posting daily. Peace.

Hi, RJY9.
Good decision to dump all the alcohol in the house and start right now.
Best of luck to you! Keep posting.
P.S. Hope October 14 will bring you the same good luck as it did for me last year)

I think that's the beginning of acceptance RJY9. Nothing good can come from continuing to use. Only bad and it's about to get worse. Time for all in or all out. Looking forward to seeing you around.

Ah RJ....so glad to see you here again. Its such a beautiful and glorious thing when enuf simply becomes enuf. But it is often a long and dangerous journey to that moment. And many die en route. I hope and pray this is your moment. It is not easy to break new trail in our own lives as we are often creatures of familiarity. It is easier to take the path of least resistance...but we all know where that road goes. Do whatwver you need to do to stay the course. The new road is an arduous one but its gorgeous and reward is all around us but we have to scythe thru bush and bramble to see the sun
