Day one with a renewed focus on sobriety

I slipped up and gave in to my AV on Friday. I drank almost an entire bottle of rum on Friday night, blacked out and spent most of the day Saturday sick and asleep. I know where I went wrong and I let my guard down. However, I'm now more motivated than ever to stay sober! The fun my AV let me believe alcohol gave me was just not there. Nothing about my Friday and Saturday was fun. It was horrible. That said, I'm here and I'm back on my sober journey. The past two days were a clear reminder why I can't drink.

It's a beautiful Sunday and I'm going to spend my day sober and out enjoying this amazing fall day!
