I couldn't make it out to a meeting last night. I was really wiped out. After awhile, I was feeling like I really missed out because of that. This site really helped me get out of that feeling-and the feeling of being alone. I had some wonderful support in the chat rooms and the readings I found here. The night didn't seem as long and dismal. I slept well and woke up feeling refreshed and quite a bit better than I did yesterday morning. Awesome.

Yep, absolutely agree, Diffingo. I was talking to a newcomer a couple of days ago who's having trouble sleeping, felt like she was going crazy, etc. It's hard to call someone at 3 a.m., even though they say, "Call anytime" because without it being a real emergency it just seems over the top somehow. I told her about this site and her face just lit up - it can be a lifesaver.

I come here, also, for extra support, to give support, and just to hang out with the incredible people I've met here. F2F support is great, but I'll tell ya, I've found the support and information here to be invaluable in my recovery.
