Sleep

Hello all: I am tying to remember how long after I stop drinking that i can sleep again at night. I am a heavy drinker and have decided to face lifes issues head on. But it seems like the harder part for me is antipating the sleepless nights for 7-8 days. It seemed like day 8 was the day that I actually laid my head down and fell asleep.

thanks
kevin

Day 5 generally was my breakthrough with sleeping - normally before that I'd be in too much pain from indigestion/heartburn/trapped wind - whatever it was, it was hellishly sore.

Hope you get some sleep soon x

PS Welcome to SR !! x

Easy on the caffeine. Unlike me. I still have rough sleep after sixty plus days. Good luck!
