Starting outpatient treatment -- need feedback

Hello All,

I entered a detox facility last Monday, got out Wednesday. I would like to start an intensive outpatient program today. Do they expect you to start entirely clean? Since out, I've smoked a bit of pot (it helps) but unfortunately had two drinks last night.

What can I expect?

Be honest with them, they won't turn you away. But if you keep using, eventually they will tell you you can't come back until you quit.

Be honest in the intake. They will just go over your drug/alcohol history, medical history and expectations of sobriety.

They will probably drug test you on a regular basis. If you keep failing, you will be kicked out.

It really isn't that scary. You'll be among people who are struggling with the same stuff you are. Good luck!
