It'll be the jitters remember the first few weeks are the most difficult but you don't get to the months without day 1 and it'll still be the same then , so get it done do it today.
John.
Hope your feeling good in the morning.

Hello Hope! Don't send yourself back to square one - you can get through today & tomorrow will feel so much better. Day one is always miserable, but once it's over you never have to go back there.

Hi Hope, getting started is hard. It gets easier. For me the first couple days were the hardest. Keep your eyes on the prize. You will be so proud of yourself. I'm with you. I have the same avatar as you. I believe. Good job!
For me the first 3 weeks was the hardest - and when I usually relapsed
Please don't think about your "time" so much - I had to quit counting days because it would get so discouraging for me. Once I made a commitment to recover I stopped focusing on tomorrow and focused on today.
