One Year!!!!!!!!
Today is one year without a drink for me. I have been trying since August of 2008 for this. I have picked up countless white chips, gotten into loads of trouble, put myself, others, and my marriage in harms way.

My life is far from perfect but I never knew I could be this happy without alcohol. Sobriety is possible for everyone. If I can do it, anyone can. I really didn't think I could do it.

I want to thank all of you here for your support and kindness. I don't know what I would do without this place. I may not post all the time, but I read nearly every day and find a lot of wisdom here.
