A thought for feedback and contemplation
A thought for feedback and contemplation
Hello everyone,
I just had a thought/quote this morning which I find helpful for me to think about as I do my morning meditation.
I would like to know, does it make sense to my fellow recovering friends?
The thought behind it is the idea of my way of seeing things throughout my everyday attitude so that my son who is an addict see's the positives of sobriety and change is GOOOOOOD!
So here it is:
"The courage to accept and change is the process to recovery that shines onto others who may be struggling. Am I a vessel to those who need the strength and encouragement to change? How am I going to interact with others today in a helpful way? Will my actions today encourage growth in friends, family and those who are struggling?"
Have a great day!!
