Hi Everyone,

15 days sober after 30 years of heavy binging. This is my 1000th time quiting but my last! Its been a rollar coaster of emotions last week but hangin tough.
Glad to have join this forum.

15 days is great.

I too have quit a thousand times in the past.

Keep reading SR. There is lots of advice to help with your recovery.
