Day 1
Today is my first day of not drinking, Oh I have stopped for weeks and even for a year years ago, but today I decided it was not just for awhile, just to give my liver a break then I will drink in moderation, as we all know NEVER happens. Last night I poured out all the liquor and wine and when I went to bed I got up and wrote down my thoughts..
"Everything around me will be the same, people, places, worries, but what I have inside me will be different. Inter peace and not letting the world and alcohol control it. My quilt will soon leave me and I will live in peace.
It's nearly time to go to bed, and today I have not drink. And tomorrow I will wake with a clear head for the first time in a about 2 months.

to SR! You've made a wise decision to stop drinking. Life is too short to waste it wasted.
