Profuse sweating is one of the symptoms of withdrawal. It will stop with more time sober. Give yourself a week or so and it should go away.

yes, it's normal. Congratulations on day three. Just don't pick up that first drink and you'll never have to go through this again!

Best to you.

totally normal , for 4 days i sweated like a pig in a bacon factory , the more time you spend sober , the less it will get and should clear within a week, keep it up !

Hi Better. I had that for about 3-4 days. As Ghost said, once it's over you never have to endure it again. Glad you are on your way to a sober life.

Buck Up & Be Happy that you're choosing to do the right thing. "This Too Shall Pass" is a common recovery phrase, there will be other things it applies to down the road of recovery. Life is full of choices; sobriety allows us to better make them. Congratulations, keep up the GOOD work, it's worth it. One Day At A Time & Keep COming Back!
