Day 2 - again

Its early morning here, didnīt sleep very well. Looking forward to a good nights sleep as the days ad up. Will cut my hair today, kind of marking a new lifestyle. And in the afternoon go for a slow short run. I feel very motivated again...maybe this time around I will make it.

I will quit planning my life one year ahead and seek counselling. I also think I have identified some of my triggers, such as beeing lonely, apparently I have some issues with beeing lonely that I need to start adressing differently. Also have invited a friend over on Saturday who doesnīt drink at all and will try to talk to her about my problem. Otherwise, still working on the plan, trying to get more of a grip of my feelings. I have saved your message Dee about a plan on my desktop and look at it every now and then :-)

i started to go for runs and walks also, it some way made me feel better. but do not say "maybe" cause you can do it. you can stay sober
