Another month ...

6 months (184 days, 17 minutes and 15,898,648 sober heartbeats since my last drink).

Rough road to recovery yet, another month sober!

I want to thank all of you, my SR family! I appreciate the inbox messages of encouragement to keep pushing forward and not give in. The thoughts and prayers that you post. Most of all, for being real.
My God, church family, sponsor, and y'all have kept me sober in the darktimes ... and I have to add my doctor who I did speak with to get my depression under control. Thank you once more! I'll keep comin back!
