Day 6 and feeling foggy...
Foggy, almost like I have been drinking. Weird, and my head feels kind of heavy. I got a little overheated playing tennis this am, and that may be part of it. I can only thank goodness I did not drink last night. Not only would I be on day 1 again, but I think I would have passed out on the court. How in the world did I play hungover??
Is the fogginess normal for this stage in my non-drinking??

Congratulations on 6 days and getting out to play tennis!
We really can't say what is normal for you--I don't even know what kind of weather it is there. It's a great idea to let your doctor know what things are affecting your health.

Gatorgirl, Day 6 and feeling foggy... You are FANTASTIC. Congratulations. It took me a long time to get over the foggies, the anxiety and stress of changing my life style, and at 3 years things are improving much faster than in the beginning. I just suffered through all the torture. Rootin for ya.
I think it's pretty common gatorgirl.
We drank for years - or most of us did - it can take a little time for body and mind to return to normal.
Of course, if you're concerned, it's probably a good idea to see your Dr and have a check up, if you haven't yet
