4 Days and feeling good

I'm new to this. Taking it one day at a time. Setting short term goals. Can't wait for one week! Would love to make it a month without the drinking. So glad I found this forum.

I contacted a licensed therapist but unsure if it will work out. I'm using this site as therapy for now and it's helping lots.

Day 8 and feeling better than yesterday. I really wanted a drink last night after work but pushed through. Seems as though my Pink Cloud is gone. Was on edge all yesterday for some reason. New to the board here and I see folks using AV all the time in posts. What exactly does this stand for or mean?
