Its been 4 days. I feel free and in control. I went off for 4 months one time with the intention of drinking again. It wae just a health thing with my dad, brother, and I. Didn't have one drop. This is the first time ive admitted I have s problem. And have told my family that I'm giving it up for good. I believe I will be successful! I have more energy, playing with my kids more, starting to sleep better and the cravings are going away. I'm eating healthier too, even though I ate pretty healthy before. Makes me want to stick to it . I think ill treat it like an allergy. I already gave up gluten 6 years ago and haven't had it since because I feel so much better and don't want to get cancer or something. Same goes for alcohol!

ya 4 days is when I usually start feeling better too. this last time I didn't binge like I normally do so I'm feeling a bit better on Day 2 and plan on going for a walk this evening. Good Job on 4 days! and lets continue this!
