Ready to Quit

I've read so many amazing stories on this site. So many brave people out there who are being so incredibly strong.

I'm ready to join you and quit.

I'm hung over; drank nearly 2 bottles of wine last night. I'm going to finish reading the Rational Recovery book today and THAT'S IT. No more vino. It's ruining my life. It's not fair on my family (major understatement) and I'm ashamed of myself.

I know it's going to be hard but I have been inspired by so many of the posts I've read here

Thanks Kally. I think we have lots in common. I'm doing ok. It's going to be tough but I am more determined than I have ever been before to sort my (former) horrible drunk self out. xxx

Welcome Clemence! I've been sober since July 19 of this year and SR has been a HUGE part of my recovery. I highly suggest joining the September 2013 class on this board if you haven't already. The fellowship is amazing.
