Is banging sore! It's either too much caffeine or sugar or something lol sake! Used to feel like this after drinking a bottle of vodka! What gives?!

Do they call the pain killers in the UK? Over here we call them an Aspirin..lol

How long are you sober? Cause those crazy headache set in around month 1. They started everyday around 3ish. Same hangover headache that hurt to move your head. It lasted 1-2 weeks and disappeared. It might or might not be due to alcohol or allergies.
Drink lots of water and if your trying to cut back in caffiene or sugar do it slowly

Lol we have aspirin too but there's more than one type of analgesic so we just say pain killers - can be anything from aspirin to paracetamol ibuprofen co-codomol etc

Yeah I'm at the month mark and that's the exact type I have that hurts to move your head. Totally nasty hangover head lol

I'd say watch it for a week keep hydrated and it should resolve itself. If not perhaps a call to the dr or eye exam. Maybe with the removal of beer goggles you now need spectacles
