Hi Deb, nice to (virtually) meet you! Welcome to SR! You will find a lot of help and support on the forums, for me it's been one of the major contributions to sobriety thus far (32 days now).

I actually posted today my experiences of the first 30 days sobriety, it may be interesting for you to read.

It gets easier from here on in. Again, welcome to SR!

All the best,
Tranquilo

Welcome Deb, You will find lots of support here. There is a Class of September thread for anyone who is quitting drinking this month. You might want to join that. You will find lots of daily support there. Glad you are here.

Hi Deb. welcome to SR. I am glad you are here. The first four days are the hardest. It DOES get better. And, each day, the rewards of sobriety will show themselves. Congratulations on Day 4. Stay strong. Stay close.
