Day 3
So I am still here. Not going to give up. I feel stronger emotionally and not as depressed about my slip. I have a bad case of bronchitis and home from work today. So, physically don't feel so good. In the past I would immediately buy alcohol when I was terribly ill with bronchitis to "make me feel better"....crazy. I have no desire to do that now. Just grateful for this site. For all of you.

Day 3 can be a tough one.
So glad you are sticking with it!!!
I used to do the same when I would have a bad allergy attack.
Seemed that getting drunk would help me forget how miserable I felt.
Have been going through a lot of attacks lately(that time of the year).
But,been able to keep sobriety going and not fall off the wagon.

I thought you would appreciate the voice of experience (I have 5 days). I'm not sick but I could justify a drink because I dropped my pencil or something. Stay strong - I'll see you at 10 !!!!
