I am still sober...day 5 for me...but I feel exhausted...

Yes! I'm just finishing my cup of chamomile tea, it's only 8pm here but I'm going to bed early

Not quite everything went wrong today. In fact, it sounds like the most important thing went very right for you. Resisting the urge to drink is even more impressive on difficult days. You did that today. Well done.

I usually have one of those a week. Keep your chin up, booze won't make it any better.

It may have been a difficult day but it had a wonderful ending - sobriety! I think it's a huge step that you resisted during a difficult day. You should be proud and remember how you didn't give in to the urge today the next time the beast comes calling!
