RR discussion is encouraged - in fact, I would like to have it strictly enforced.

13Unlucky, please discuss AVRT and RR freely. The only caveat is that we can talk up a storm about what it is, but talking about what it is not gets tricky given our policy for this forum.

So, positive thoughts are fine that deal with your experience with RR, but we have to ensure that we are not comparing it to other programs that are non-secular. OK.

Of course, the tongue was firmly in cheek. Mindfulness, urge surfing and CBT/SMART are more tools that go nicely in my handy travel box.
