But I am ok w\ that My back & for some odd reason, neck are really bothering me. So gonna chill some & let my "boys" have some porch time .. Then read\post & crash so I can get up & cook dinner.

In a way this works out for the best; now I have Tuesday reworked, and quite full now. Wednesday is still a problem though ...

I like to have things all planned out for the week, too, August. Inevitably, though, something always happens to through it off. For self preservation's sake... to lessen my general anxiety... I've been working hard to live in the moment, to take a moment to "breathe," and to redirect my thoughts back to the task at hand. Even if it's washing the dishes.

Now that you've had to rearrange your calendar and you know what's up tomorrow, try to forget about Wednesday. At least until tomorrow. Like they say.... "One day at a time."

Thanx the back should after relaxing for a bit.. But the neck is new to me lol . But kinda feels like I slept on it wrong. But didn't bother until I got here. Strange, but no worries, shower should help.

Thanx guys Actually lor, on 2 hours sleep, an more back pain then when I worked "normal" hours; but strangly good lol . Definitely made me smile leaf I forgot to check, how did the ducks fare ??
