New to this

I've never joined any kind of online group before. I haven't had a drink since August 2nd. I finally made it past 30 days, but it's still really hard sometimes. I feel like I just can't do it forever.

Thanks! I think more support is definitely what I need. The only thing keeping me from drinking right now is antabuse. antabuse. I've stopped taking it twice with plans to drink but changed my mind. I'm scared for when I get off of it.

My advice is the read as many threads as possible during the time you might have otherwise been drinking. This community is very supportive.

Welcome to the family free2B. This is a great place for support & friendship. We all understand how you're feeling.

30+ days is a wonderful accomplishment - but still early in the game. I went through many phases as I healed - please don't get discouraged. It'll get easier & you'll be so glad you did this.
