*Sigh* As good as I have been doing & as positive as I been; I wasn't prepared for this craving ...... But I did WIN ... I needed to talk to the "BIG" boss @ work (nothing bad @ all btw) so got dropped off bought Cigs & went & talked, again nothing bad. As a matter of fact he told me he had my 5 year anniversary gift, but has to wait till the official date to give it to me.

So I am starting out my 3 mile walk; same 1 I take every morning after work; only difference is normally it is 6am but now it was 7:45 liquor store opens @ 8am I so wanted a different route home.. But b\c of landscape, there is NO avoiding it ..

Long story short (lol) I DID IT. I passed it by jammin' my Dead

No lorelei; i still am taking steps toward clearing my Anxiety up .. Cause that is a Hanging issue .. Right now just taking slow deep breaths and jamming the dead

Any path that doesn't go through the liquor store is a good one. I know that feeling of being one step away from having a drink. Stress has been heavy these days and I keep thinking "what will one hurt". I just keep telling myself that having one is a lie and would end badly.

Nice one August, I also had a craving last night after a tiff with my gal, I went off too my boat and thought "who will know or care if I just get loaded tonight" and you know what I thought ? I would be letting down all of you folks , and myself I guess. Anyhoo this place and all of you helped me last night. For that I am Grateful for day 11 today.

Once in a while you get shown the light,in the strangest of places if you look at it right!!

Been in a serious Brent Funk Lately lol So was jamming the "Warlock" shows from Hampton When I was walking & went to sleep before work ... Just remembering the vibes those nights and the Bro's I have lost and Why I have chosen the journey I am on :p

But right now; before I shower and cook dinner I am jammin' Egypt on DVD 78' always seems to get me stirred up for work ...

Those 89 shows from Hamton are killer, for me 89-91 were my fav years for the Dead. Brent was my fav keys man out of all of them, I will take you home or easy to love you are my go to Brent Tunes. Do you ever listen to the Legion of Mary, JGB stuff? That is what has been grabbing me lately. Anyway have a good one and catch ya tomorrow.

The Hampton shows were probably in my top 5 I have seen .. The Morning Dew alone mended my soul at the time .. Not to mention the Help>slip .. Funny too; I was 100% sober for those shows; actually for that tour lol Didn't think to Drink and didn't care :p I have some Legion; don't listen as much as I should .. But Jam JGB at least once a week ..
