It's a fantastic site - I had 4 years of messing about with quitting (half-hearted attempts) and thanks to SR and everone here, it's 4 weeks today - SO worth it 
PS - the half hearted attempts never lasted more than 10 days and then only because I didn't have any money half of the time.
The early days (1-5) are the worst, but get over those and it's So much easier.
