Hello to everyone, and Thank you all for your encouraging stories of your journey. I have not had the strength to stop or even hardly "cut back" from my drinking, but, I am hopeful that I am finally going to do it, and soon. I appreciate this site very much!

Hi and welcome. A good time to stop drinking is now as you seem motivated and that certainly helps. Try it one day/moment at a time and suddenly you have a day, week and then a month +. Just hang on and remember when and what got you here and remember alcohol is not a health drink and does do us damage. BE WELL
