DUI won't go on husband's record!
Which is great! He will have to have a breathalyzer in the car, which we share and I drive most of the time since he works from home and I am unemployed. I have a job interview on Thursday, for a position where I will need to transport clients. Now we need to figure out how to get another car. I am glad the stress of all the unknowns of this case is finally relieved after a half a year. The one thing that really bothers me is that he just went out to the store, which means he will be getting beer to "celebrate" the good news...ugh!

only alcoholics CELEBRATE getting out of DUI's by drinking. that is actually very very sad. i'm not sure he's as "desperate" as you wish or hope or he claims.
YOU however are doing well, staying sober, job interviews, your life is moving forward - his is stuck. I hope it goes well for YOU!
