So I'm back

My hospital trip wasn't drinking related, it was an undiagnosed heart condition. Luckily nothing too serious, just a very unpleasant few days. I just thought I would let you all know I'm alright. I mentioned my drinking problem to the doctors and they put me up for counseling, which will be a big help. I relapsed yesterday when I got home, I guess the stress was just too much for me.

Only a couple of beers, so I didn't get drunk. But I'm not going to let that make me think I can keep drinking, all I wanted after those couple of beers was 10 more.

Day 1 starts again here!

Yeah, it's all related anyway. Because my high blood pressure (which is aggravating my condition) is caused by drinking and smoking, and I only smoke when I drink. Just because my liver isn't down and out yet doesn't mean I'm not going to mess myself up.

If you don't quit quitting one day it will stick.
