I was doing fairly well and then I completely blew it this weekend. DBF was planning on moving out and hadn't told me yet until I read it on his email (which was on MY LAPTOP, left OPEN) So upset that I drank to the point of not remembering anything, which I guess was the point. Apparently I called all my friends and left unintelligible messages on their machines, worried my daughter to death. I have since become a little less hysterical about it and determined not to let this slip affect me for very long. Day 1 again for me, today, hopefully.

It's good your trying again. Try remembering it's done one day/minute at a time and we do it for ourselves. BE WELL
