Day one AGAIN

Did four days...failed last night....so here we are. Day 1 again.

That day four was always a killer for me, too. Just remember how you feel now, and realize you never have to feel this way again, if you don't take that first drink.

Yknow what you didn't even need to tell us - but you did - so thank you for letting us in. Rarely in life are problems solved first time, with every try you learn something else - something more useful. I'm sure on reflection you will find something useful to your recovery. Don't get bogged down over it - new day - new start

it's only human to make mistakes - it's how we learn. U will do this

tell yourself that lol out loud. I can do this and I will do this.

probably not if you want a different result

Time and again I 'tried again' but I was simply redoing what had failed me before.

I think it's good to try and think of something different, something you can add, whether it's a change in routine or lifestyle, or finding more support...
