To be honest, I don't seem to be gaining weight - if you take into account all the calories I was having in wine etc, it seems to have balanced itself out.
It's all from good old Tesco's Emily - their own brand hot choc (I make it like coffee, with boiled water rather than milk and just add a little milk) and their own brand ice-cream is only £1 a litre

I went shopping yesterday, bread is in the same aisle as the beer! It's like avoiding a person that you really don't care for. Speed up! Don't make eye contact! Congrats on a successful shopping trip zoe!

I WAS JUST NOTICING THAT YESTERDAY WHILE AT THE STORE, stupid caps lock!
It may be this way everywhere in the world, but I swear they design the grocery to make you have to pass the alcohol to get to anything. That and why is soda more expensive than beer?
All jokes aside that's great ZoeM, You are doing very well and way to plan ahead for the weekend!!!

In Ireland we are lucky - the likes of tescos etc have the drink aisles sectioned off with barriers and that's all the bit has in it. So unless you particularly want to torture yourself going through the barriers then you need not worry lol.
I'm Scottish myself I only moved over here the end of April - long story - lol not for today I'm too tired! Do u ever get like you really want to go out and do something but you don't have the get up and go. Then you get mad cause your bored and feel like your wasting days lol bit nuts me huh
