Sleep..

Only on Day 3 and the sleep is horrible. Tired in the evening but hard to fall asleep and wake up a million times during the night. I then fall heavily asleep some hour before the alarm rings and its time to get up and get ready for work. Lots of coffee will be needed today... Looking forward to the weekend, hopefully I will get a bit more sleep then..

Hi Victoria, great job on 3 days. I found hard exercise to help with the sleep. It will get better. Keep going. Great job.

The longer you're sober, the better your sleep will be.

Sleep was my problem too. A few days in and I finally slept...I tried herbal supplements (Valarian) but I think I just got so exhausted that I hit the pillow and passed out. It'll come to you too, and it only gets better. Well done on the 3 days.

I am trying excerise today, I read that it takes the body 3 days to recover from alcohol so I thought today on Day 3, IŽll give it a serious try. Did some walking yesterday but today I will go fora run...maybe it helps, at least it takes my mind of drinking.

Congrats on the 3 days. I found that starting was the hard part. My sleep got better after about 5 days or so, and last night I fell asleep before 11pm. I don't remember the last time that happened sober. Probably years and years.
