If it helps I am toiling away at work. No play today.
I often feel like that. Stuff to do but my alcoholic mind tells me there is nothing to do.... Then reason myself into a drink.
Don't fall for it. Do just one of those practical things and see how you feel.

I know - I need the boring mind numbing routine - it's what gets me from morning till night. I find myself loving to hate housework lol I hate doing it but I love the fact I've something to do and when the housework runs out I'm a bit lost so I come on here or go visit someone. It's learning to live without alcohol I guess. I'd waste hours off my head doing nothing - now I need to fill the hours up 
talking of which - I've uniforms to iron lol hate ironing been saying for two days I'm going to do it!! Here goes!

It is 1:06pm here. I am about to meditate. After that I'm going to make lunch for my wife and I. Then I'm going to go out and play catch with the dog. At 5:30pm we are going to an NA meeting. Home about 7pm and dinner.
It's a simple plan but a good one.
