Thumbs up Hey there guys !


I just joined this forum 10 minutes ago. I am 23 and was addicted to dilaudid, oxycodone and morphine for 4 years. I have now been clean for a month but still get some cravings off and on so I decided to sign up with you like-minded folks. I'm actually doing pretty good. I was doing better a week ago with tremendous energy but I guess it comes & goes for now. Anyways, I hope to be of help to others wanting to quit as well. This has been a very hard obstacle to overcome.. extremely hard. I tried numerous times to quit only lasting at most a week but finally, here I am! Cold turkey & no other meds besides vitamins/excersise. I've been taking vitamins and melatonin at night. I'm thinking about purchasing suntheanine as well, I heard it does wonders.
