I am so nauseous, and anxiety right now!

about 3 hours after waking up this morning, I felt the nausea coming on...I then took a small dose of a medicine that I have felt better. but now hours later I am so sick to my stomach..I keep running to the bathroom trying to make myself throw up, and I'm filled with anxiety.

I took half a unisom so that I can sleep tonight and the wave of nausea got worse, but I would be up all night, for days if i don't. chronic insomnia.

anyway, now that i took the unisom, i can't take my low dose xanax, to calm the alcohol withdrawal, and nausea down.

I'm stuck with this feeling, topped with anxiety that I can't do crap about.

it keeps coming in waves.

this sucks.

wanna throw up so bad!

I wonder if I should try some maalox or something.

you know the kind of anxiety that makes you freak out and want to race to the hospital!

I'm going to run some really warm water to put my hands under.

Idk anything! I've not even started yet. Just didn't want your thread to go unanswered. Try to listen to calming music? Take a cool bath? Eat something wonderful? All I got! Hope someone more experienced comes by real soon Best of luck hun x

Hi vinter

I think nausea is pretty common. I think we have to accept we're going to feel pretty bad for a day or two.

Throwing too many meds at it and self medicating may not be helping.

If you feel really bad, why not see your Dr?
