New to the site!

Hello! I wanted to introduce myself and say hello to the community. Today is Day 33, I am grateful to be here, and look forward to interacting with and learning more from others in these "rooms." I'm from the San Francisco Bay, love cycling, running and rock climbing.

Hi Fayde! I love my bicycle too! I'm even getting a new one in a couple of weeks!

i just discovered cycling after i kinda sorta crashed my car again. Well, no kinda sorta. I wasn't in my right mind and hit a small tree. So i took up cycling because it's a lot more fun than i bus and now i cycle almost daily! It's such a beautiful and efficent (sp?) means of transportation and gives me a feeling of self confidence and joy as well as the physical health benefits. I almost had a chance to relocate to San Francisco. It's such a great city! I wish it had happened but oh well! Glad to have you here!

Thank you to everyone for the warm welcome!

DisplacedGRITS, I have to say that cycling is really one of the ways I kept sober in my first two weeks. And I'm not a fan of the public transit here (cycling is faster!)

Anyway, looking forward to learning lots and making friends... thanks, all!
