Anyone ever try..
Listening to AA speaker tapes? I usually listen to one a day, it really helps my recovery. You can download them for free on itunes, just search AA. I listen on my earbuds at work. There are some really inspiring stories. It's not a substitute for an actual meeting, but it can be a good bandaid. Thought I'd share! Have a wonderful sober day everyone.

Thanks for sharing Dano. I just recently found out these were available online and i have been listening to one or two a day for the last week. They have them available in audio form on YouTube too. I find some of them very inspiring and motivational. Good tip. Have a great day

Wow, thanks everyone. I didn't know there were so many other good sources for speaker tapes. You're right Flyer Fan, alot of them mix in some good humor with their experience, strength and hope.
